Therapeutic massage involves a wide range of manual techniques (provided by clinical massage therapists) that can be used to target specific tissues in your body, including muscles, fascia, lymph nodes, joints, and tendons. Techniques include deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, or pressure point massage:

At Fluid we conduct a biomechanical assessment on every member, looking at their posture and movement quality. During the biomechanical assessment and the subsequent massage sessions, we continually:

  • Identify biomechanical dysfunctions that restrict function and performance
  • Locate soft tissue structures that are the primary cause of the biomechanical dysfunction as well as affected structures throughout the kinetic chain
